20 days are done and we’re still going strong!!! My husband even made the comment that we’re eating so good, it doesn’t even feel like a diet. I have found so many amazing recipes that it’s true. I am grateful for those who have blazed the trail ahead of us so we don’t suffer from mediocre and boring food!
Here are my favorites from the last 10 days:

I was going out of town for a couple days so I stocked the fridge with some Whole30 dinners for my husband. One of them was these amazing Whole30 Sloppy Joe Bowls by Physical Kitchness. My family LOVES sloppy joes, so this was a crowd-pleaser for sure. To get the sweetness you find in sloppy joes from the brown sugar, this recipe uses dates. It’s genius.

Grilled Chicken Legs using the Best Paleo Whole30 Marinade from Jay’s Baking Me Crazy
My whole family enjoyed these. I marinaded them overnight and they were super juicy and delicious.
For breakfast this last Saturday, I treated my husband and myself to Leek and Mushroom Breakfast Hash from Life as a Strawberry. Minus the poached eggs. We went ahead and opted for fried. This dish reminded my husband how much he loves mushrooms and that we need to have them stocked in our fridge more often.
For dinner that night I made Chipotle Lime Chicken Stuffed Poblano Peppers from Farmstead Chic. I already had ground turkey, so I substituted that for the chicken and it was still very tasty. I’m not a fan of stuffed peppers normally because I don’t think green bell peppers are all that flavorful, but these were DELICIOUS! Poblanos are full of flavor and have a kick of spiciness. I loved it!
